Refund policy

RETURNS
USED PARTS may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and receive a return authorization number before returning your items. You must email EVILSPIRITENGINEERING@GMAIL.COM for a return authorization or your return shipment will be rejected (sent back to you at your cost). We do NOT accept unauthorized returns. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. In addition, all parts most be in their original packaging if applicable.  Original product packaging MUST be intact - DO NOT use it as shipment packaging - ship it back in a separate outer box so that it is in resale-able condition. Note: We will NOT pay return shipping on any returns for any reason, unless we shipped you the wrong item. Absolutely no returns for any reason after 30 days.

NEW MERCHANDISE: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from the date of purchase) on all new merchandise. Used parts and bikes are sold as-is. ALL returned items require an authorization number. Original packaging must accompany returns. 20% Restocking Fee is applied on orders as a result of customer error. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless other arrangements are made prior.
